These 2 pieces are designed to eliminate the 3rd center handlebar headlight pod. When you put a rad kit on the headlight reflects and can be distracting or hard on the eyes while riding at night. This kit only comes with the plastic frame and pod cover. No hardware is needed or included to swap the parts out.
